If you cancel your reservation after it has been made due to your own reasons,

Cancellation fees may apply.

For courses, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made after 9 PM the day before.

We require 50% of the course fee up to two days prior to the reservation date.

For reservations for seats only, a surcharge of 2000 yen per person will be applied for reservations made after 9 PM the day before.
